How Do
I Place My Order Online?
1. Click
on where it says “Online Store”.
2. Customize
the item accordingly (For example a cd or a tape) and click
where it says “Add to Cart”. A prompt will appear
on the screen saying that the item has been successfully added.
3. You
can either continue shopping or if you are ready to check
out, click where it says “Check Out”.
4. When
you hit the check out button, you will receive a prompt that
says “This page contains both secure and nonsecure items.
Do you want to display the nonsecure items? Click on Yes.

All of your order information and credit card details are

5. Fill
out all of your billing and shipping information. Make sure
when entering your credit card information that you enter

to anywhere in the U.S. and many countries Internationally.
Shipping takes 7-10 days for all orders in the US and an
additional 5-7 days to International destinations.

SHIPPING
AND HANDLING RATES- DOMESTIC
USA: $2.95 for the first item and $2.00 for additional
items depending upon what your zip code is and the weight
of your order.
SHIPPING

Canada/International: Prices vary depending upon what
zone you are in according to the USPS Letter Post zoning
chart. Calculations are made in the shopping cart. International
orders are sent out Air Mail.
To
calculate your total cost, you'll have to proceed through
the shopping cart (to the page before you enter your credit
card details). Choose the items you would like and enter
your shipping info and you will see the total for shipping
and the items combined before you are actually charged.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Please consult your local
bank if you need currency conversion details for countries
other than the U.S.
Note:
Certain countries charge additional fees, such
as custom fees and independent carrier fees. Please contact
your local customs office or branch office of the U.S. Postal
Service to find out what kind of fees you can expect based
upon the type of merchandise you wish to order before placing

What is your return policy?
We will
gladly return/exchange any damaged, defective, or unopened

exchanges of non-defective goods, please enclose a check
or money order for shipping and handling of $2.95 (USA exchanges
only) for first item and $2.00 for every additional item.
Also be sure to add any additional amount if you are upgrading
(for instance: exchanging a tape for a cd (add $5) .
